Welcome to phl879. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member," "you") and phl879 ("phl879," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the phl879 platform — including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, virtual sports, esports betting, and Pusoy — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not register an account or continue using phl879. Your continued use of the platform after any revision of these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

One Account Policy

Each person is permitted to hold one phl879 account at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or in combination with accounts held in other names to benefit yourself — is strictly prohibited. If phl879 detects duplicate accounts, all accounts involved will be suspended and any winings generated across those accounts may be forfeited in full.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your phl879 username and password. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). phl879 does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

Deposits

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your phl879 balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay or PESONet are subject to standard interbank processing times. phl879 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

The minimum deposit amount is displayed in the cashier section of the platform. phl879 reserves the right to reject any deposit that it reasonably believes is associated with fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by phl879 in exceptional circumstances. KYC verification must be complete before your first withdrawal is processed. phl879 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours, though actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's timelines.

Anti-Money Laundering

phl879 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. We may request source of funds documentation for significant deposits or withdrawals. Funds deposited into a phl879 account must belong to the registered account holder and must originate from legitimate, lawful sources. Deposits made for the purpose of moving funds rather than genuine betting activity are prohibited and will be investigated accordingly.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on phl879. Category-specific rules — covering sports betting, esports, virtual sports, PBA, NBA, UAP volleyball, and casino games — are available within the relevant sections of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Bet Acceptance

A bet placed on phl879 is only accepted and valid once a confirmation message and unique bet reference number are displayed to you. If you do not receive a confirmation, the bet has not been accepted. phl879 is not responsible for bets that fail to complete due to technical or connectivity issues on the member's side.

Odds and Pricing

Odds on phl879 are displayed in decimal format by default and reflect the probability assessment at the time of display. Odds are subject to change at any time before bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed at the stated odds, those odds are locked for that bet. phl879 is not bound to honour odds that were published due to a manifest error — in such cases, bets may be voided and stakes returned.

Bet Settlement

All bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body or official source. For sports events, the result at the end of regulation time is used unless specified otherwise in the market rules. Settlement is typically completed within a few hours of the event's conclusion, though complex events or those requiring official confirmation may take longer.

Postponed and Cancelled Events

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled within the applicable window (typically 24 hours for most sports, 12 hours for virtual events), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed and later replayed, bets remain valid unless otherwise specified in the market rules. phl879 will notify members of voided bets via their account transaction history.

phl879 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and other incentives to members from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. General bonus rules applicable across all phl879 promotions are outlined below.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members of phl879 only. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion and will be stated in the individual offer terms.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and qualifying bet criteria are published with each individual promotion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using or attempting to use automated betting software, bots, algorithms, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage over phl879 or other players.
• Exploiting software errors, lopholes, or glitches in the phl879 platform. Any winings derived from exploiting technical errors are considered void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any scheme intended to manipulate the outcome of events offered on phl879.
• Using phl879 for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Sharing your account with or allowing access to any third party.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or otherwise extracting data from phl879 without express written authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the phl879 platform or negatively affects other members.

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, interfaces, and software comprising the phl879 platform are the intellectual property of phl879 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any phl879 intellectual property without express written permission.

You may view and interact with phl879 content strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorised use of phl879 intellectual property — including the phl879 brand name, logo, and platform design — may constitute a breach of applicable Philippine intellectual property law and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phl879 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or internet connectivity issues.
• Losses arising from your reliance on odds, market information, or results displayed on phl879 that were subject to a pricing or data feed error.
• Losses arising from the late processing of deposits or withdrawals by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss of anticipated profits, winings, or savings.

phl879's total liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you in the ninety (90) days prior to the event giving rise to the claim, except in cases of fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct by phl879.

phl879 may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We have reason to believe your account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• We are required to do so by a regulatory, legal, or law enforcement body.
• The account has been dormant for an extended period and our attempts to contact you have been unsuccessful.

In the event of account suspension or termination due to a breach by you, phl879 reserves the right to retain any funds in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is established, verifiable account balances will be returned to you through your registered payment method following completion of any required verification.

You may close your phl879 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before your account is closed, all pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcomes and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any bet settlement, transaction, or aspect of the phl879 platform, you must submit it in writing to our support team at support@phl879.net within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

phl879 will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe. We will communicate the outcome of our investigation in writing. During the investigation period, phl879 reserves the right to temporarily restrict relevant account functions.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings shall be brought before the competent courts of the Philippines.

phl879 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via the registered email address and/or through a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this page.

If you do not agree with any change to the Terms, you may close your account as described in Section 11. Continued use of phl879 after notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically so you are always aware of the current version.
